The Sayreville box is one of mine, I didn't know you guys couldn't find it :-(   I will check on it soon.  Next week I am planning on one last check on my boxes before I begin a trip.  I have no real itinerary, just know I am starting in maine and going from there.   Yesterday was my last day at my job, and I am a bit too much hung over this morning (even though that box is like 2 miles from my house), but I will check on boxes starting friday.
I have a question for you guys that have hidden boxes in new england and down.  I know there are some areas that say no dogs, but you see them there anyway.  Do any of you know which boxes positively I cannot bring a dog to?  Duke and I will hide some of our own, and we're planning on looking for some as well.  Any help would be great.  We will stay away hiking and camping as long as my money holds out, but are planning on being in rhode island for the gathering.  If any of you are far from your boxes and you'd like me to check on one, let me know and I'll try to fit it in.  Barring any huge car trouble, we will be all over the place.  I have a friend who will be in the White Mountains so I will be there maybe (free housing, wahoo!)
 Thanks!

We also tried finding the box Sayreville and were unsuccessful, perhaps it warrants checking on.  I am afraid that you are probably right about the Panic attack box--it was not well hidden and it was only a matter of time before someone unscrupulous discovered it.

Hi Kimberly; Speaking for CT, our state seems to be very
dog-friendly. We take our dog on all our hikes. From what I can tell
most of our state parks and forests permit dogs (on a leash.)
The only one I know of that does not is Dinosaur in Rocky Hill -
bummer! Also on another note, come on over and see our 4-Paws Only
page at www.letterboxingcentral.com and if you send us Duke's picture
we'll post it and enter him into our semi-monthly Pooch Patch drawing.
Hope this helps.
